Petunia is an older pot bellied pig who was picked up by animal control. She was wandering around loose and they picked her up and took her to the dog pound. I was there picking up two stallions (also found wandering loose) and agreed to put her in the tack room of the trailer and bring her home too. She is a wonderful addition to the farm and is extremely intelligent and fun to watch. She loves playing in her swimming pool in the summer and lounging under the apple trees in her pasture (usually waiting for an apple or two to fall down.) Petunia has also learned which visitors to the barn usually bring her treats. She actually knows their cars when they pull in the driveway and meets them at the fence.
