Donating to the Rescue and Volunteer Info

The rescue greatly depends on the generosity of donations, whether it is through volunteering, monetary donations, item donations, or any other variety of ways people have helped over the years. Currently our feed and hay bill is just under $500 per week.
100% of donations go to our feed, hay, and vet bills.

Below is a current needs list for the rescue. If you would prefer to donate something specific, this is what we need.
Also, if you have any of the items on our list for sale at a reasonable price, let me know!

Volunteering at the Rescue

Volunteers are always welcome! Currently volunteers are needed for morning/afternoon feeding, weekend stall cleaning, and grooming among other things. Please note that I cannot always be here to supervise volunteers at this time. Therefore, all volunteers must be experienced horse people. We do have organized volunteer work days throughout the year where all experience levels
are welcome! Children are also welcome to participate in work days. These work days will be announced ahead of time.

Also, if there is a task you can help with but are not available every day, some help is better than none! Even if you can pitch in one afternoon a week, your help would be appreciated.
